In this day and age, if you’re not efficient in business, you’re dead meat for the vultures to fight over. So with Yamaha’s super-economical Grizzly 350 Auto 4x4, it’s no wonder that buyers are snapping them up as fast as we can deliver them.

The YFM350FA is a full-sized utility with full-sized work capability, at a price that will knock your boot covers off.

At the heart of this Grizzly is a 348cc air-/oil-cooled four-stroke single, with toughness and sheer robust build quality as its hallmarks.

It transmits its power through Yamaha’s legendary Ultramatic™ V-belt transmission, a full automatic centrifugal clutch system with a fully sealed drive case, ensuring constant, no-slip belt tension. Throw Ultramatic™ into Forward (or Reverse for that matter) and all you need is a thumb to make use of its simple operation with the added confidence of all-wheel engine braking.

Equally simple, On-Command® switching flicks from light steering 2WD to go-anywhere 4WD at the push of a button, and a direct-routed front drive shaft alleviates the need for a universal joint, for more efficient power transfer.

To reign all that drive back in, the YFM35FA has large-diameter ventilated hydraulic dual front discs and a sealed rear drum brake.

Grizzly has full-featured cockpit appointments, including wide, rugged splashguards with fully integrated floorboards and serrated footpegs for extra grip, as well as a plush, comfortable saddle for ease of rider movement.

Factor in rugged steel cargo racks with a combined 120kg cargo capacity, a centermounted trailer hitch rated for 500kg of payload and you’ve got a serious workplace solution for a not so serious price.
