Just wanted to email and thank you for the boots I recently purchased from you via Trade me.
They arrived yesterday, and am wrapped with both the delivery, packaging and the boots them selves.
Great service and a hassle free purchase.
A few shops here in Wellington could learn a few things from you guys.
Am up that way in a couple of weeks, so will be popping in for a look and maybe a few purchases as well.

What a great trader. The gloves I bought originally were too small so I contacted the seller and arranged to send them back and get a larger pair. The larger pair were received within a couple of days of me sending back the original pair. Would definitely trade again with this trader. Thanks guys for all your help.

Dear Waikato Yamaha

I would like to express my gratitude, with particular reference to your sales staff , regarding my purchase of a TTR for my 6 year old . The exchanges surrounding the purchase are worth detailing here since they measure up to probably the most exemplary sales service I have ever encountered as a motorbike enthusiast .
My 6 year old has been keen to progress from her little 50cc quad to a 2 wheeler for some time now . A friend of mine has extoled the virtues of Yamaha's TTR 50 which my child came to 'want badly ' after we familiarized ourselves with it's perfectly suitable ergonomics at our local bikeshop . Having discovered that the TTR definitely holds it's value from my failed regional search for a mint second hand model, together with a youngun chomping at the bit, I chanced upon contacting Waikato Yamaha very early yesterday morning . In summary thereafter , and within 5 hrs , the following happened:-
Excellent and progressive dialogue with salesman James ,
Speedy facilitation of fund transfer and an unbeatable package deal
On courier van within 90 mins of trade
Arrival on my doorstep just after noon, sameday, and had a good yarn with the delightful driver Gordon.

What's more , I happen to live in New Plymouth !!

Overall , I have purchased a bike at a very competitive price and , most notably, the delivery mechanism from you guys is surely a world-beater ! Moreover , my Isabelle went for her first spin after school yesterday and ... wow ... is she chuffed or what .

A sincere and big thanks to you all for such superb service .
( With this thankyou email in mind , I planned to take a digital pic yesterday with my enthralled child on her spanking TTR but in all honesty , she was just too delighted and involved to stand still and pose for dad's camera !! )
